They can contact the organization team if they have any questions.
Application deadline "Early Birds"
June 13, 2025
Candidates who submit their application before June 13, 2025 will be among the “Early Birds”.
Our team of experts will provide feedback on their application, enabling them to improve it.
Closing of applications
September 12, 2025
No new applications will be allowed until the following year. The jury studies the files received and may contact the candidates to obtain clarification on certain points of their file.
Presentation of the selected files
October 2, 2025
The best evaluated candidates will be invited to appear before the panel of experts to further develop their presentation and demonstrate the value of their project.
Awarding of prizes to the winners
November 18, 2025
The different prizes will be awarded by the jury during an evening event. The annual white paper will also be previewed to candidates.
